The Guntersville High School Girls Basketball and Volleyball programs are teaming up to operate a TNT Fireworks stand at the Guntersville Wal*Mart as a fundraiser from June 24 through July 4, 2011.

"The funds that we raise from this fundraising experience will allow us to continue to provide a positive athletic and academic environment for our young people. Many times our expenditures exceed our income and therefore we rely on fundraisers like these to maintain our programs at a higher level," said Jimmy Latta, Head Volleyball coach for the Wildcats.

"We are excited about this fundraiser because we are not bothering our usual supporters by simply asking for donations. We would like to invite everyone to our stand for all their fireworks needs. We offer a NO Duds Guarantee, several Buy One, Get One Free Items, and will have fireworks that are legal in the State of Alabama," continued Latta.
