75th Annual Guntersville Chamber Banquet - The Lake Guntersville Chamber of Commerce will host the 75th Annual Banquet on Friday, February 24 at the Guntersville Town Hall. WBS Pride and Prejudice tickets on sale - Patron Tickets for The Whole Backstage Theatre’s production of Pride and Prejudice are now available. General admission are on sale now. The show scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 16- Sunday, Feb.19. Tickets are $14 for students and seniors and $16 for adults.
Tai Chi classes being offered - Marshall Medical Centers North Therapy Plus Fitness on Tuesdays and Thursday evening from 6:45 to 7:45 and on Saturday mornings from 8:00 to 9:00. You will need to be a member of Therapy Plus to participate. This program is certified by the Arthritis Foundation and was developed by Dr. Paul Lam. Larry Gatlin benefit concert - Larry Gatlin concert tickets, benefiting the Jenifer Garmany Hallmark Endowment Fund, are on sale now. Concert is set for 7PM on March 14, at Snead State. JSU’s Marshall Alumni Chapter to hold 5th annual Mardi Gras celebration - The Jacksonville State University Alumni Association will host the 5th annual Mardi Gras celebration for the Marshall County area alumni on Tuesday, February 21st (Fat Tuesday) from 6pm until 8pm. The event is being held at Papa Dubi’s Cajun Restaurant, located at 3931 Brashers Chapel Road, Gunterville, AL . JSU alumni in the area are invited to attend for fun, food, fellowship, and relaxation. Guest speaker will be JSU’s Athletic Director, Mr, Warren “Moose” Koegle.
