
The Guntersville Police Department has had a very busy week.
On, Tuesday, 7 people in the county were booked in to the Guntersville Police Department on charges of methamphetamine.
The first incident took place around 12:30 p.m. on Turnpike Road and Highway 205. Officer Jeremy Kirkwood had made a routine traffic stop on a vehicle that had no tag light.
Upon approaching the vehicle and asking the driver for their license and registration, Officer Kirkwood noticed that the driver and two back passengers seemed very nervous.
Officer Kirkwood asked the driver for consent to search the vehicle.
Upon a vehicle search, Officer Kirkwood found a black pouch under the driver's seat containing a set of scales, three glass pipes and methamphetamine.
David L. White, 33; Stephanie Henson 37 and Scott Kubicki 40; were taken into custody and transported to the Guntersville Police Department. All three individuals were charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Later that same day, Officer Ronnie Williams had made a routine traffic stop on a red Subaru on Highway 431 N. in Guntersville.
Officer Williams was given consent from the driver to search the vehicle and upon searching, discovered a rolling methamphetamine lab in the back of the vehicle.
Donovan Wayne White 31; William Damien Allred 32; Krystal Walls 27 and Tammy Wilson 24 were all taken into custody and transported to the Guntersville Police Department.
All were charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance 2nd and Possession of Precursor Chemicals.
