Guntersville man arrested after breaking into Albertville church
A Guntersville man has been arrested and charged with burglary to a Sand Mountain Church.
James M. Mosley was arrested during the night and is charged with 3rd degree burglary, 3rd degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.
Police received a burglary in progress call at Mt. High Church located at 134 Turnpike Road in Albertville.
Police say a witness saw a man break a window and enter the building. Officers arrived and found Mosley. He refused to cooperate with the police and officers were then forced to taser Mosley to bring him under control.
Police said nothing appeared to be taken from the church. Damage was limited to 4 broken window panes.
