3 people shot in late night attack
Three people were shot just after midnight Friday during a altercation at a mobile home on Conner Island Parkway in Guntersville.
Police have 26-year-old Jody Marie Lemley of Woodville in custody. She is charged with two counts of attempted murder and one count of assault. Bail was set at $500,000.
According to police, Lemley went to the residence and fire shots at her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend and one other person. All three were taken to the hospital to be treated and released.
